Achieving Elite Agent status at The Real Brokerage is the highest honor offered at our firm.
So what does that mean?
The first step to Elite Status is “capping at $12k.” Once an agent caps, they no longer pay a split to the brokerage, the stock contribution for each transaction goes from purchasing 5% to 10%, and a Stock Purchase Program bonus – which in essence is like a 401k match with a corporate job. But instead of a 2-3% match bonus, Real gives a 10-20% match bonus. That’s significant; and agents pay a transaction fee per transaction until they reach $6k, at which time Elite status is achieved.
What is Elite status you may ask?
An award of $16k in company stock (REAX)! In the Birmingham market, if you sell 30+ homes/year, and you’re NOT getting this kind of award.
